This page will be utilized to provide updated information about how COVID-19 has affected this firm's operations.  Regular business hours have been reduced to Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm.  No office appointments will be offered, all interactions will be held via telephone, mail and email.  Zoom and Skype meetings are available, if necessary.

This firm will continue to offer all services needed for Value Adjustment Board clients via remote means, until all distancing requirements have been lifted.

As of March 29, 2020, this office will be accepting a very limited number of eviction matters, and only on a case by case basis.  Most Courts are still permitting the filing of evictions, but many Courts are not issuing final judgments and/or writs of possession, and some Courts are not even issuing summonses. The filing of an eviction is not prohibited at this time, but bringing an eviction to final resolution by the Sheriff is currently unavailable.  Even if a Court issues summonses, final judgments and writs of possession, many Sheriff's Departments are NOT executing writs of possession.

Please be patient at this time, as these are unprecedented events and we are making health and safety a priority for all.
