As of January 1, 2021, this office will continue to accept a limited number of eviction matters, and only on a case-by-case basis. Most Courts are still permitting the filing of evictions, but some Courts are not issuing final judgments and/or writs of possession. The filing of an eviction is not prohibited at this time, but bringing an eviction to final resolution by the Sheriff may still be unavailable. Even if a Court issues summonses, final judgments and writs of possession, some Sheriff's Departments are still not executing writs of possession.

Please be patient at this time, as these are unprecedented events, and we are making health and safety a priority for all.
